I didn't have time to write a full length blog this week, but wrote a little something I wanted you all to have. I hope you enjoy it, take it to heart and take time to really think about it because this is what is true of all of us! We live in a world that so often tries to tell us who we are and it helps to have some succinct truths to hold onto.

Fully known - I Corinthians 13:12 (NIV) "Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror, then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part then I shall know fully even as I am fully known."
Deeply Loved - Psalm 103:11 (NIV) "For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear Him."
Anticipated since before the world was created - Ephesians 1:4-5 (NIV) "For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.
Worth the very life of God - Romans 5:8 (NIV) "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Held every moment - Isaiah 49:16 (NIV) "See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.
Forgiven Completely - Psalm 103:11-12 (NIV) "For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear Him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us."
Secure - Proverbs 3:26 (NIV) "for the Lord is your security. He will keep your foot from being caught in a trap.
He counts every hair - Luke 12:7 (NIV) "Indeed, the very harms of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."
He sees every tear - Psalm 56:8 (NLT) "You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book."
Source of joy - Hebrews 12:2b (NIV) "For the joy set before him he endured the Cross." (Joy was reconciliation with us!)
Never alone - Deuteronomy 31:8 (NIV) "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
