*"The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" (which means "God with us").* Matthew 1:23 NIV

God with us. God with me.

In my busyness; *God, you are with me*

In my leisure; *God, you are with me*

In my pain; *God, you are with me*

In my joy; *God, you are with me*

In my chaos; *God, you are with me*

In my peace; *God, you are with me*

In my vulnerable places; *God, you are with me*

In my healing; *God, you are with me*

In my disappointments; *God, you are with me*

In my hopes; *God, you are with me*

In my confusion; *God, you are with me*

In my understanding; *God, you are with me*

In my loss; *God, you are with me*

In my gain; *God, you are with me*

In my loneliness; *God, you are with me*

In my togetherness; *God, you are with me*

In my fearful places; *God, you are with me*

In my secure places; *God, you are with me*

Wherever this moment finds me; *God, you are with me. Always. *

# Wendy Gerdes

I love being a wife to John and mom to our three sons and one daughter. Because of my story, I am most passionate about learning and writing about God's heart for us. When we see His heart for us, it changes everything.
